COVID-19 information

The Library is open to in-person service! Masks are required, as per State order, for the safety of both staff and patrons. Curbside and drive-thru still remain as convenient and safe alternative options for the whole community. It is the intention of the library to strive to maintain in-person services as long as staffing can be maintained. Any changes to schedule will be made here as needed.

Library hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am-5pm.

In accordance with other county buildings and the Governor’s executive orders, everyone who enters the building is required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

Due to capacity limits, you may want to check with the library before heading in. Contact information for all three libraries is below. Please call and make an appointment for specialized services, like the public notary.

All patrons are also encouraged to take advantage of OCPL’s many digital offerings, such as ebooks and audiobooks available through Kentucky Libraries Unbound, RBDigital, and the free online education available through Universal Class. Please note: the Overdrive checkout limit has temporarily been increased to 20 items at a time.

Curbside and Drive Thru Service

You can place holds on items in the OCPL catalog for pick up via drive-thru at the LaGrange Library, or via curbside delivery at the South Oldham or Goshen Library. Drive-thru and curbside hours are available during our current operating hours.

  • Please make sure to follow signs for instructions at your designated pick up location
  • The way we handle holds has been changed to offer better protection for both staff and patrons! Please note that this may cause a delay in times between when you place a hold and when you receive notification that items are available for pick up. Thank you for your patience while we strive to serve you!
